5. Host Data Ownership

A core principle of BeckonSites is that hosts own their guest data. Guest contact information collected through your direct booking site and WifiPass portals belongs to you. We do not use host-collected guest data for our own marketing purposes, and you may export your guest data at any time.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted data at rest, and secure authentication practices. Payment data is processed through PCI-DSS-compliant Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
