We never charge hosts per-booking fees. Your subscription price is all you pay. Guests pay a small Guest Protection Fee at checkout that covers ID verification, background screening, and property damage coverage. That fee goes to our trust & safety partners — not to you. The only other processing cost is standard Stripe fees (~2.9% + 30¢) which go directly to Stripe.
You choose a plan that fits. If you don't subscribe, your booking pages go offline but your data stays safe. No credit card is required to start the trial.

WifiPass captures guest email and phone from your property WiFi — just like StayFi, which charges $15-19/mo per property. It's included in every BeckonSites plan at no extra cost.
