Guests pay a flat 2.5% service fee at checkout, so your total all-in cost stays under 4% (versus ~15% on Airbnb). Separately, a Guest Protection Fee covers ID verification, background screening, and property damage coverage — that's paid by the guest and goes to our trust & safety partners, not deducted from your payout. Standard Stripe processing fees (~2.9% + 30¢) go directly to Stripe.
